Men's Size Guide

Measure in your underwear only. Stand with your heels together and keep the measuring tape straignt. Place the tape over the hips, fullest part of the bottom and just above the top of the pubic bone

To ensure the ideal fit for your Activate compression wear, we suggest that if you are towards the top end of a size you should select the next size up.

The tape should touch your body at all points but not be pulled tight. To ensure the ideal fit for your Activate compression wear, we suggest that if you are towards the top end of a size you should select the next size up.

Measure your hips and bottom at the fullest part in your underwear only. Stand with your heels together and keep tape straight and parallel to floor. The measurement tape should touch your body at all points but not be pulled tight.

We advise you measure and order your SRC Pregnancy Shorts and Leggings during the 12-15 week of pregnancy or when you begin to feel discomfort and pain or as advised by your healthcare practitioner.

We advise you measure and order your SRC Recovery Shorts during or after the 36th week of pregnancy as your hip measurement may change during early to mid-pregnancy. If you already have had your baby you can measure at any time.
